Avocado-Basil White Bean Dip

  • 1 (15.5 oz) pouch organic Green Valley Great Northern Beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • 1 large or 2 small garlic cloves

  • 1 cup packed spinach or arugula leaves

  • 1/4 cup packed basil leaves

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: Red pepper flakes to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  2. Transfer dip to a bowl and garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, chopped basil, and red pepper flakes if desired.
