Avocado-Basil White Bean Dip

  • 1 15.5 oz pouch Green Valley Organic Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 1 cup spinach or arugula leaves

  • ¼ cup basil leaves

  • Juice from 1 lemon

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: Red pepper flakes to taste

  • Vegetables, chips or crackers


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
