1 pouch (15 ounces) Green Valley Organic Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
1 avocado, pitted & chopped
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 small sweet onion, chopped
1 teaspoon minced fresh jalapeño
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Vinaigrette
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
