  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil

Steps

  1. Cook the lima beans: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the frozen lima beans and simmer for 10 minutes, until tender. Drain and set aside.

  2. Sauté the vegetables: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
