Ingredients
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
1 Tablespoon chili sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1 block (14 ounces) firm tofu, chopped in 1-inch cubes
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced

In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch, soy sauce, water, garlic, oyster sauce, chili sauce, and sugar until smooth.Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high until shimmering. Add tofu and cook 5 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom. Flip and continue cooking 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the tofu is evenly browned.
Add bell pepper and cook 2 minutes. Add green beans cook 1 minute more.
Pour prepared sauce over tofu and vegetables. Stir to coat evenly, then cover and cook 3 minutes.
Serve hot over rice (if desired). Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy.
