Ham, Cheddar, and Pea Quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought pie crust

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)

  • 1 cup diced cooked ham

  • 1 can (15 ounces) Green Valley Organic Peas, drained

  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Unroll pie crust and fit into a 9-inch pie plate. Trim edges to 1/2″ overhang and crimp decoratively.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. Sprinkle half the cheddar cheese evenly over bottom of pie crust. Add ham, peas, and green onions. Pour egg mixture over filling, then sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  5. Bake 40–45 minutes, until center is set and top is lightly golden.

  6. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
